Posted by: Hanna | Comments (0)

As I announced earlier this week, over the last 8 months I have been working on a book with some of the top entrepreneurs from around the world.

In the process of writing this book, we all agreed to reveal our top strategies for Health, Wealth and Success- even in the New Economy. It was tough to get some to agree, but the only way we were going to do this, was if everyone was held to the same code, share the best secrets we have got.

The great news is that we got everyone to agree, and the book that we all wrote together, “Champions: Knockout Strategies for Health, Wealth and Success” is coming out TOMORROW!

Just for purchasing the book tomorrow on Amazon.com, and helping us get off to a great start, we’ve put together a huge bonus package for you!

I will send you a link to buy the book tomorrow on Amazon, but here’s a sneak peak at all the great stuff you’ll get JUST for investing $19.95! Click here to check out the bonuses!

I had to chuckle when I read this recent preview about a soon to be issued report that suggests fear of litigation in the U.S. is driving companies to retain more U.K. lawyers.

Why?  Because these companies don’t want U.S. law governing their multi jurisdictional deals.  With international transactions on the rise, this trend is putting a dent into the growth projections of U.S. law firms.

While a choice of law provision can certainly govern contract performance issues and keep a breach of contract suit out of U.S. courts, it doesn’t totally insulate the parties if the fruit of their joint efforts are being sold in the U.S.  Why?  Because consumers are third parties who didn’t sign their agreement and are not bound by it.  They’ll sue wherever they want to, including the U.S.

Besides investing in barristers, these international wheeler-dealers would be wise to check out How to Turn Your Business into a Litigator’s Chew Toy: Taking the Bite out of Legal Liability.
